Hill Workouts

Tracy has offered to host hill workouts again at her house. Please reply in this post so she will know if there is enough interest. These really are valuable workouts, and can help ensure a successful marathon. You get the benefits of a speed workout plus the benefits of running hills. The workout will be 5-7 hill repeats. Each hill will be a ~90 second run. After the hill you will lightly jog back down the hill, drink if needed, and start again. Your last hill run should be as successful as your first.
