The miles go back up this weekend, so hopefully last Saturday's recovery run has you ready to go. The Novice group is running 7 miles, and the intermediate is running 10. Remember, we start at 6:30 am now to beat the heat. We are running from the Harris Teeter. The routes have been updated. As always, the directions are below the maps. These are new routes for virtually everyone, please get familiar with the roads, and print directions prior to the run.

There will be two fluid stop on the route. I will try to make us run by it twice if I can. If you think you need more, be sure to bring your own. See you Saturday. Please reply with a comment, so I make enough to drink.

Great turn out guys (and I do mean guys). We had 10 run this morning, and not one of them was a woman. We all walked around and did "manly" stuff.
