I'm repeating the same route we did a couple weeks ago. It is full of dead ends. In total it 13.4 miles, but it can be easily adjusted to any distance you prefer just by removing the out-and-back sections. This route guarantees you will see lots of each other on the run. REVIEW THE ROUTE so you know what you plan to do. Happy running!
I plan to run. Nice and slow (avg 10 -10:30 pace). 8-10 miles (depending on how it goes)

tim and i are leaving at 6:40 and will meet at the HT for 16-18 miles...pace depending on legs...cliff

ReplyDeleteI plan to run 90 minutes at 8:00-ish pace, approx 11-12 miles (depending on the "ish" part). Hope to be at the Teeter at 7am.

ReplyDeleteLaura and Jill: please come out. There may not always be a person your pace to run with, but the RMEC welcomes anyone who wants to be active. Our group has evolved over the past five years, but most of us were pretty inexperienced when we formed.
