RUN RSVP: Saturday, 1/29 at 7:00 a.m.

Hope that everyone's running and training is going well.  Here's what is planned for the weekend group run.

Please comment if you are coming; even if you are starting early or coming late.  It makes a BIG difference to motivate other runners and encourages more to come out.  Slow or fast. . . comment if you are coming. Margaret signed up to put out fluids at the tracks for us this week.  Thank you Margaret!

I'm repeating the same route we did a couple weeks ago.  It is full of dead ends.  In total it 13.4 miles, but it can be easily adjusted to any distance you prefer just by removing the out-and-back sections.  This route guarantees you will see lots of each other on the run.  REVIEW THE ROUTE so you know what you plan to do. Happy running!

    I plan to run. Nice and slow (avg 10 -10:30 pace). 8-10 miles (depending on how it goes)

    tim and i are leaving at 6:40 and will meet at the HT for 16-18 miles...pace depending on legs...cliff

    Interested in coming, but it looks like my pace is too slow. I do a 14:30 average. Is that OK?

    Probably won't get to run this time - found out today that I have pancreatitis :0P. But I will make sure to leave some fluids and treats for my favorite bunch of runners! Have a fantastic run!

    I plan to run 90 minutes at 8:00-ish pace, approx 11-12 miles (depending on the "ish" part). Hope to be at the Teeter at 7am.

    Laura and Jill: please come out. There may not always be a person your pace to run with, but the RMEC welcomes anyone who wants to be active. Our group has evolved over the past five years, but most of us were pretty inexperienced when we formed.

    So please join us. Keep coming out, and keep running when you have the chance.
