We will have our second installment of Monday evening hill practice! We should have a perfect evening for a run. I mistakenly had posted tomorrow's date above, but the practice is tonight (May 10) from Tracy's house again. We will begin at 6:30. Even if you are a little late, you can still come join, because we run the same hill over-and-over.
The workout will consist of a short warm up followed by 4-7 hill repeats of about 90 seconds each. We will jog down the hill to recover between each interval. After the hills we will have a short cool down. Bring your own fluids, and don't miss the fun! Please post a comment if you plan to join.
