Things are starting to warm up, but Saturday still looks like a good morning for a run. Last weekend we had a crowd of about 15 runners show up at the Teeter. It was a great run! Hope to see everyone out this weekend again. Run Details:

- Weather: Forecast (61F @ 7am and 69 @ 9am)
- Routes: 4 Miles; 10 Miles; 14 Miles
It will be warm when we start. The forecast is showing 69F at 7:00 am and 73F by 9:00 am. Please hydrate before you arrive to run. I am not certain if I can run on Saturday, because I have family coming to town. For this reason, I need someone to volunteer to put fluids at the tracks if possible. Please post a comment if you can.

- Capital City Classic 10k - 8:30 am at Fayetteville Street Mall in Raleigh
- Bright Night 5k - 7:30 pm at Moe's parking lot in Greenville (note: evening race)
