May 22: Ride for Heroes

I know the RMEC focuses primarily on running, but I wanted to make you all aware of a great opportunity to get out on your bikes for a fun and stress-free ride. Eric and Kinnie have helped to organize the Ride for Heroes on May 22, 2010. The event consists of a 1, 17.5, 33, and 62 mile ride (not race). All races start at the Dunn Center in Rocky Mount.

The event is well supported with aid along the way, and lots of great food and snacks at the finish. Please consider supporting this great new event!
