Hope you all had a great Christmas. I bet you got some new running gear that you are just dieing to try out now! For those running Myrtle Beach, I have a 16 mile route mapped out. Next week will be a recovery run, so your legs will have a chance to rest. If you are looking for a long run, but less distance I have a 12 mile route posted as well.Run Details:
- Day: Saturday @ 7:30 a.m.
- Where: Harris Teeter
- Route: 16 miles or 12 miles
- Supported: Yes - Fluids and Gels (TBD)
- Weather: Forecast 45F at start and 49F at finish.
The routes use most of the same roads we ran last weekend, but not in the same order. I think I still have some Clif Shots left over from the Richmond training team. If so, I will have those available for everyone. I will update this post once I confirm it.Written directions are in the maps. You can cut-and-past into a document for easy printing if you need smaller or larger font.
I am going to try and make it into town for the 16 miler. Anyone know if it is going to rain or not?
