This movie will debut at the Chicago Film Festival and will eventually make it's way to other theaters. Once it is released, we will find the nearest theater and play a field trip to see it. The film documents five marathoners on their quest. They range from first timers to elites. Get ready for some goose bumps!

ReplyDeleteThanks Michael. I think I'll be watching that clip every week until November 10.
ReplyDeleteDitto.
ReplyDeleteMakes me want to do another one!
ReplyDeleteKinnie
Glad you said that, Kinnie!!! :)
ReplyDeleteLet's see... Myrtle Beach in Feb, Shamrock in March, take your pick!!!
Myrtle Beach. . . hmmm. I have not done a South Carolina Marathon yet. . . that sounds pretty interesting.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else?
Maybe !
ReplyDeleteIt is my understanding that Myrtle beach has a bike ride the day after the marathon!
ReplyDeleteActually I was thinking something a little more exotic (Jeff, that's not to be confused with erotic). What about London? OR at the very least one of those down hill marathons!
Kinnie
Downhill sounded good until I ran that Duke course on Sun....anthing with the word "hill" in it has been scratched from my vocabulary!!! London has a lottery--my cousin (3:06 marathoner) just applied!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd for all of you die hard bikers....just do both...think of it as "Goofy"!!!!
You have my brain thinking (dangerous) about doing another one. If you start to train for one in the winter let me know, I'm in!!
ReplyDeleteWhen you cross the finish line it really does change your life forever!
I ran the Half in Mrytle Beach...flat flat flat..did I say flat. I might could be ready for that one with you crazy folks!!
ReplyDelete:)
