This is a rare week when the Novice Plan runs longer than the intermediate. This is a recovery week for Intermediates, so please remember to recover. The 15 mile route is tricky. You will be close to the finish twice before you actually reach 15 miles. It will take some mental toughness, but you will all do great. Run Details: - Day: Saturday @ 6:30 a.m.

I would like a pink bag instead of orange. I still also need my cap sleeve shirt. I have already paid for both. Can you bring it on Sunday to the Duke Tri Race?

Great run today everyone! 15 miles is not an easy thing to do. Sorry for the mix up on the last water stop.
