
Here is the planned schedule:
- 10 minute easy warm up
- 6-9 Hill repeats (85% effort with a slow jog down the hill)
- 5-8 minute cool down
Some of you are racing this weekend at Richmond. If so, you will not want to have an aggressive hill workout just 36 hours before your race. Make Thursday an easy day, and maybe run some 100 meter strides instead. If anyone needs directions to Tracy's, let us know.
LONG WEEKEND RUN: Tracy H. is looking for someone to do the long run with this weekend. She cannot run Saturday, therfore will be running Friday or Sunday. Post here, or shoot her an email if you are interested.
I'll probably skip the hill repeats this week so my achy breaky knees can rest for the P.H. Half. See all soon !

ReplyDeleteThis is the last week of hill workouts for the Richmond team. Next week most of us will not do hills as we are preparing for the RnR Half. After that we will introduce some speed workouts.
