I am going to ride at lunch today and Wednesday from work. I am thinking of riding on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6PM (weather dependent). Is there anyone who would like to ride? Maybe North of town from Harris Teeter on Tuesday and South of town from Belton and Schrimper on Thursday. I am planning to ride the Duke tri course on Saturday morning if anyone is interested in joining me. If you have plans to ride in Rocky Mount on Saturday or Sunday, please reply so that others can plan to ride with you.
Also, Val and Kinnie are organizing rides all this week starting at 7:30 or 8 AM. Please contact Kinnie to learn all the details. I do know they are planning to ride the Duke course on Tuesday. Thanks - Eric
Wanted to let you know that we have cancelled the ride tomorrow at "Duke" due to heat. We will be riding from my house at 8:00am. The goal is endurance; long and slow. Let me know if you care to join (email me or call).
