Sorry for being late this week. I am up for a run on Saturday for anyone who is interested. 8:30 works for me, but I am flexible if anyone needs a different time. I would prefer to run at Ford's Colony again, so I can watch women in the Food Lion parking lot whistle at David again while watching him change his shirt, but will run where ever others want to.Run Details:

- Distance: 6 miles / 10 miles
- Route: Cart Path Route
I am up for a run this weekend, but as usual I can't run at 8:00 (my son's basketball games are on Sat morning - as much as I love running, I love watching him play even more!).
ReplyDeleteI can start either at around 10:30 or around 3:00 and I plan to do ~13 miles. If anyone can't make the 8:00 run, I would welcome some company.

Some have asked about starting a little later so it can warm up a bit. Feel free to recommend a time. If others are interested in an afternoon run, we could do that too. I do not have to run in the morning.

I can run whenever on Saturday. Morning or afternoon will do. I hope to knock out 6-8 miles. Ford's Colony is fine.
