
Well, the cool weather is gone. Please be careful for all of your runs, but especially your long weekend run. I have three different route options below, and we are starting at 6:30 to beat the heat. We may get earlier as the days get hotter.
I really need everyone to RSVP so we have adequate fluids. This is for safety reasons. Please arrive at the run hydrated. If you are going long, hydrate tonight too. If anyone can do fluids, please comment, otherwise I will take care of them.
