What amazing weather! If you are not running tomorrow morning, you are missing out. You may not see weather like this again until late September.
Sorry for not having a post last weekend. Vacation got the best of me. Please try to spread the word and encourage others to come out for a run. Get your marathon training starting in the right direction!
Frank talked me into the "Boogie" thing...he said it was flat and fast...wait...he says that about most races...LOL...5th marathon in 7 months...i might need to slow down.
