RUN RSVP: Saturday 6/18 @ Teeter

Come out to run with the club tomorrow morning.  I went with the "old standard" route.  This is easy to adjust an shorten to meet your needs.  You can repeat the loop to add miles as well.  New runners are always welcome!

Run Details:
  • Where: Saturday, 6:30 am @ Harris Teeter
  • Supported: yes, at the tracks
  • WeatherForecast
  • Routes:  6.67 Loop Route
Please not the earlier time.  We backed up to 6:30 am to beat the heat.  I need help with fluids tomorrow, so if someone can put them at the tracks, please do.  It is very important now to RSVP so we can bring the correct amount of fluids.  HYDRATE BEFORE YOUR RUN.

    I'll be there @ 6:30 for 10-11
    miles.

Kevin....on Mansfield Drive (heading south), go to the last driveway on the right just before the railroad tracks. You'll see a black iron table. That's our "fluid station".
