RUN RSVP: Saturday 3/5

Come out to run with the club tomorrow morning.  Hope to see a great crowd out there in the morning.

  • Supported: yes, at the tracks

  • Routes:  6.67 Loop Route
Please post here if you plan to run and include your anticipated distance and pace!  The route is one you can do one, two, three or as many times as you want!  Happy running!

  6. I'm probably going to do a long, slow run Sunday morning / afternoon in Rocky Mount . . . 25-35 miles depending on how I feel. If anyone is interested in going or going part of the way. Just post here.

  8. Will be there for 2+ loops. If anyone has race draw string bags they want to donate, I need them for my middle school kids at Braswell to take home hygiene items discreetly. You can bring them tomorrow a.m. if you want.

  9. Thinking I leave from HT at maybe 8am or so. It will definitely be slow. I'm actually working on learning to walk faster! So I definitely plan walking every 2-3 minutes. Seriously!
