I'm probably going to do a long, slow run Sunday morning / afternoon in Rocky Mount . . . 25-35 miles depending on how I feel. If anyone is interested in going or going part of the way. Just post here.
Will be there for 2+ loops. If anyone has race draw string bags they want to donate, I need them for my middle school kids at Braswell to take home hygiene items discreetly. You can bring them tomorrow a.m. if you want.
Thinking I leave from HT at maybe 8am or so. It will definitely be slow. I'm actually working on learning to walk faster! So I definitely plan walking every 2-3 minutes. Seriously!
