Didn't really want to do my typical 5:00 a.m. morning run in the dark and cold, but watching this inspired me and it turned into a nice tempo run. Brian
how about "the crawl".......if you go to you tube and type in the crawl, there is a pretty good clip about that--and it was for 3rd and 4th place.....not even 1st!!!! Why do I run???? Hmmm... (I do NOT plan on crawling, though!!!)

The crawl was actually for fourth and fifth place. . . not even a podium spot!
