I know most of us are already busy volunteering at Medoc, and racing at MCM, but if anyone has the time, the guys at Raleigh Running Outfitters are looking for some help on the City of Oaks Marathon course Sunday morning 11/1 with course monitors. Please email Sam at quinnsdad (at) gmail (dot) com and he will get you set up to help out. Any and all the assistance they can get from family, friends, co-workers, etc. is a great help!
