This is a recovery week if you are following the long run schedule for the MCM. Next week we will be back up to 18 or 20+ miles. I know most of you raced today, but some are planning to do a long run in the morning. I plan to run with Indy, hopefully 18 miles, not sure what time yet but I will post here late when I find out

Indy and I are doing three loops of 6 miles and plan on leaving a cooler at HT and one at Dr Collins' old house (now Dr Chandlers house) He knows it will be there....feel free to place things in there if you need to.

i will be driving a black truck and will leave a cooler in the back to put drinks in at the ht. please feel free to use it.
