Run Details:
- Where: Sunday, 7:00 am @ Harris Teeter
- Supported: No - Unless Someone sets it up.
- Weather: Forecast
- Routes: Unplanned
Don't forget that the time changed, so I moved us back to a 7:00 a.m. start. There should be plenty of daylight at this time. If you are training the the First Carolina State Bank Half Marathon, this will most likely be your last long run. Be safe. . . don't get injured! Please RSVP if you are coming with your pace.
Anyone want to run the half course?
ReplyDeleteI will be running in the morning...at 10-12 miles, 9:30ish pace.
