Pre-Race Medoc Jobs

Hello everyone. Hope you are all enjoying the cooler weather. Sorry for another Medoc post, but at least for the next 10 days, this is the primary focus of the RMEC. I wanted to summarize where we stand on pre-race activities for Medoc. We still need some more people to pull this all off. Let me know if you can help fill any spots. The race committee will be spending most of the day on Friday, setting up the race course and the park, so we can not be there for packet pickup duties.

    I can help with packet stuffing for part of the time (6:15-7). I can work packet pick-up on Friday from 4-5:30 (including set-up before 4).

    Thanks everyone! We almost have every spot filled.

    Big thanks Kinnie for helping out at RRO. I will get some specific instircutions to make it easy for you, and make sure we have someone to help carry in the boxes. We will not take all race packets in the store. I will have them grouped by city, so the majority of the boxes can be left in the truck.


    We still need some tables, so ask around to see if you know anyone who has something we can borrow. The club my purhcase a few tables, but borrowing is certainly a better option for us right now.

    Ron, Kinnie will need help loading the packets up, but she will take them to the race on Saturday morning.
