- Route: 9 mile route below; 13 mile route
The routes are not as easy to shorten this week. If you plan on running less, I recommend staying on the Candle Wood side, and taking fluids at the train tracks. Here is a good option for a five mile route.

I plan to run 13 @ a 8:30-8:45 pace.
ReplyDeleteThe wife is "on-call" for work Friday night...if she doesn't get called, I will be there for 13 at ~ an 8:45 pace.
ReplyDeleteStill not sure yet about my schedule....if I'm back in town I will be there for 9 at about a 9:45 pace.
