
Those following the half marathon training plan are scheduled for a 5k race this weekend. If you do not plan to run a race, run an aggressive 3-5 miles. If you are going over 3 miles, use your first mile as a warm up. If you follow the Candlewood portion of this route and head back to the Harris Teeter it will give you a good distance.

ReplyDeleteI will be there...just shine(...no rain!!!) I have 20 to do so I will run Sun in the COOL if there is a bit of rain.
ReplyDeleteTampa had to work Saturday morning, and I am allowing for one more day for the steroid shot I got to work it's magic. We're planning on running the same 12 mile route on Sunday at 7:00 a.m. if anyone's interested.
