RUN RSVP: Saturday 10/12 at the Teeter

Great morning to get in a long run for your marathon training!  It might not be a pretty day, but it will be comfortable for running long miles.  It should be mid 57 to start your run and only reach 61 by 10:00 am. Meet at the Teeter at 7:00 am
  • Where: Saturday, 7:00 am @ Harris Teeter
  • Supported: Yes at the tracks - (IF YOU CAN HELP, PLEASE COMMENT).
  • Weather: Forecast
  • Routes: 3 Miles, 9 Miles, 13 Miles
Please comment hear if you are running.  If you are arriving early or coming late, still post!  If you can help with fluids, please post.  Invite your friends!

    I need to log some miles; just haven't figured out how many I may be able to accomplish.
