
Another triple digit weekend is facing us. Please hydrate and be careful for all of your runs, but especially your long weekend run. There are three different route options below, and we are starting at 6:00 to beat the heat.
I am racing this weekend and cannot put out the fluids. Please comment if you can help. If you plan to run at a different time, please comment so people will know. Good luck to everyone racing this weekend.
I plan to be there for run/walk intervals... distance undetermined.
