This is a 10 Mile route on pretty quite roads. If you do not want to do 10, review the map closely, and do an out and back route instead. Please stick around after the run and help Tracy with the RMEK race at the park. Bring and extra RMEC shirt to wear at the 10:00 event. We really need your help!
I'll be there by 8:00...possibly a few minutes early.
ReplyDeleteI will TRY to be there for both the run and the RMEK race!

Thanks Arthur and Frank! Come on RMEC, Tracy, Misty, and Elaine need your help. . . And you all need a run!
ReplyDeleteWe'll be there before 10:00 for our 3 to run and to otherwise help out at the race. One of us adults may be there at 8:00 to run ourselves.
ReplyDeleteLiz and Ted
I'll be there for 14
ReplyDeleteYou may need to park outside the gae at 8 or at the middle school. It opens at 8 but they are late at times. For those wanting a shorter route 6-8 miles, follow the route and once you go up the winding hill turn left onto Wollett Mill (for those of you who know where I live this is the road for our "hill workout". Go roughly 3/4 mile and turn left onto Dean's Rd, loop back to Red Oak Battleboro and turn right back to park. This route is 6 miles. There are 4 subdivision's you can add to get a couple more miles easy. I run this frequently.
ReplyDeleteThanks for those that can help. We look to have a big turn out with a local church joining in as well. We can use the help!! I will be at the park around nine starting to set up
I'll be there for 10 miles and to help with the race.
