Frank I thought I would be able to come up here and "Roast Frank" but of course this running group only knows one thing-to be supportive. So I will just say Happy Birthday and you are a prime example of the way life should be lived.

Frank, In honor of your 60th birthday, Misty decided to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary today. She also celebrated with a run, but this was with a bunch of kids at RMEK. We didn't see the grim reaper.
