I have been out of action for almost 3 months with an injury. With the help of Jeff Miller's P/T, I have just begun training again. It will be a slow, smart retraining period, but hope to make my debut at the Blooming Festival. I will be on the RMEC Relay for Life team running/walking in memory of my daughter Ashlyn Lankford who lost her battle with leukemia 2 yrs ago at the age of 11 years old. I will try to keep up with the master "FRANK" with 50 miles.
ReplyDeleteI read a quote on another running web site that seemed to sum up my running mentality. "The best pace is a suicide pace and today is a good day to die." I hope to live by another philosophy this time around.
