Shamrock Runners are Ready: Scott, Jeff, and Patti are all heading to Virginia Beach this weekend for the Shamrock Marathon. This will be Scott's first marathon and Jeff and Patti's second. All three have been working hard and following their respective training plans. I expect all three will do very well. Jeff has been released of his "water boy duties" and will running on his own for this race. The race starts Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. Good luck guys!Time to Run for the Oaks: I am pretty sure that John is also running this race as part of the Eastern Carolina Corporate Road Race Series. Good luck to you as well!
