It will actually be a great morning for a run. At 8:00 the temps are supposed to be 48F. By 10:00 am it will warm up to 54F. For simplicity I used the same routes as last week. Plus most people are generally picking their own routes.A view important reminders:
- Please review the routes.
- Please comment in this post if you are coming. It really makes a difference
- If you are starting early, try to be back at the Teeter by 8:00.
- Clean up the aid station!
If anyone can do fluids tomorrow, speak up. If not, I will have some out there. Thanks everyone!
I plan to run. Not sure what distance yet (at least 2 miles!). Around 10-min pace.
