Who is ready for spring? Another cold run is planned for this weekend. I was the start time at 7:00 am. I know some of you like to run earlier, and others start later in the morning. This time seems to be a good compromise. If you want to start earlier, you can run to the Teeter, or just meet back there are 7:00 to join the group.- Where: Saturday, 7:00 am @ Harris Teeter
- Supported: Yes
- Weather: Forecast
- Routes: 4 Miles; 14 Miles; 18 Miles
Regarding fluids, the plan is to have them at the tracks and also at Co-Ah-Bar. If you can help with either location, please post a comment and save your receipt.
