Race Reviews: Don't forget to review the City of Oaks, Richmond and OBX Marathons on the marathonguide.com site. It only takes a minute, and does not require a registration. This gives valuable feedback to future runners when they are choosing their next race.Turkey Trot: I really do hope you can make it to the Turkey Trot on Saturday. I know this is a small race, and you are all sore from your marathons, but road races are hard to come by in Rocky Mount. Lets do what we can to support the race. If you can't race, come out and cheer. Even better, ask them if you can help volunteer.
Christmas Party: Dave is having his annual Christmas Party the night of the First Carolina Half Marathon. What a great way to celebrate a year of running. Dave had asked that I put this on the blog, so know that you are all welcome to join in the festivities. For privacy reasons I will keep Dave's home address off the blog, but let him know if you need directions. It is easy to find (you have run by his house probably 50 times).
