Last week was an "all guys" run. Lets hope for a better mix this weekend. I have added a few more names to the email distribution, so you may see some new faces at the start. Be sure to introduce yourselves! I am trying to bounce back and forth between Harris Teeter and Ford's Colony, so we are back at the Teeter this weekend. If you are new, we normally park near the Post Office. You can't miss us! Run Details:
- Day: Saturday
- Time: 8:30 a.m.
- Where: Harris Teeter
- Distance: 8 miles (add or cut as needed)
- Route: Map
- Supported: Yes - Fluids at "the tracks"
- Weather: Forecast
I posted a 8 mile route, but this can easily be modified based on your needs. If you need to go 12, I recommend crossing over Winstead once you get back to Harris Teeter and adding some miles over there.
The weather looks perfect. Currently a low of 46 and a high of 66. You can't ask for a better day to be on the roads Come join us!
The Millers are in!!! See you at 8:30, we have 12 to do...the last "big" run before Shamrock!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am up for 8 as my last "big" run before Shamrock! I can't hang with them Millers!
ReplyDeleteScott
I'll plan to be there as well, although I have some minor issues. But, what else is new ? Might only go 5 tomorrow.
ReplyDelete~Arthur
Arthur, I might just hang with you and do 5 if I can get out there at all, I cant hang with them millers either. Right now I have another one at home with strep, Im waiting for it to hit me... :>)
ReplyDeleteTracy H
Sounds good, Tracy H. Hopefully the Millers (or the Wingfield) will drop a trail of gummie bears or pretzels to help keep me energized.
ReplyDeleteArthur
If Arthur gets strep, you known what that means. . .
ReplyDelete"Arthur and Tracy sitting in a tree. . ."
I'll be there.
ReplyDeleteRyan
hahahahahaha michael, you are so funny!!!!
ReplyDeletetracy h
i will probably be there with a teenager or two. they are fast, i'm not. thanks for the info and the invite.
ReplyDeletebrent brondyke
Why's everyone gotta bust on the Millers??? Especially since only one of them is fast!!!
ReplyDeletePatti
I'm in for 10....
ReplyDeleteLarry
Millers are very fast. Kinnie cannot hang with Miller either. Kinnie's husband cannot hang with Millers, that's why he is playing golf at 10:15. That's why Kinnie has to start her run at 8:00! Kinnie will attempt to run for 85 minutes. Kinnie will probably see you guys en route. Uuuuuh, Kinnie.
ReplyDeleteKinnie's husband felt guilty enough to push back his t-time. I'll be there at 8:30.
ReplyDeleteKinnie
Kinnie's husband rocks...how did you convince him?? Or don't we want to know??
