Welcome to Fall! Saturday is going to be a perfect day for a long run. The OBX schedule calls for a 6 mile (half) and 12 mile (full) run. The plan has this as a recovery week, but if you are like me you need to log extra miles. Based on that, I went simple and posted the triple-loop route. This is the easiest to adjust and keeps everyone close to fluids.- Where: Saturday, 7:00 am @ Harris Teeter
